Tether USD

الطرف المقابل للمستخدم بموجب هذه الشروط هو شركة «تيثر إنترناشونال، S.A. de C.V.» (المعروفة سابقًا باسم «تيثر إنترناشونال ليميتد»).

“These Terms, together with the Incorporated Materials (as defined below), constitute the entire agreement and understanding with respect to the access or use of any or all of the Services, and any access or use of the Site, between you and Tether International, S.A. de C.V.”

يُعد الحق في شراء عملة USDT من شركة Tether أو استرداد قيمتها حقًّا تعاقديًّا خاصًّا بالعميل الذي تم التحقق من هويته.

“The right to purchase Tether Tokens or have Tether Tokens redeemed is a contractual right personal to you.”

شركة «تيثر» مرخصة كجهة مُصدِرة للعملات المستقرة ومُقدِّمة لخدمات الأصول الرقمية في السلفادور، وتخضع لإشراف اللجنة الوطنية للأصول الرقمية.

“Tether has obtained authorisation as a Stablecoin Issuer and Digital Assets Service Provider under the El Salvador Regulations for Issuance of Stablecoin Public Offerings and is subject to the regulatory requirements specified by the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador”

تخضع شروط «تيثر» لقوانين جزر فيرجن البريطانية.

“These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the British Virgin Islands, and shall be interpreted in all respects as a British Virgin Islands contract.”

تقوم شركة «تيثر» بعملية الاسترداد عبر موقعها الإلكتروني من حين لآخر، مع مراعاة الحد الأدنى لمبالغ الاسترداد والمتطلبات الأخرى.

“Tether may from time to time make redemptions of Tether Tokens through the Site subject to minimum redemption amounts and other requirements.”

لا يمكن لشركة «تيثر» إصدار عملة USDT أو استردادها إلا لعملائها المعتمدين.

“In order to cause Tether Tokens to be issued or redeemed by Tether, you must be a verified customer of Tether.”

في حال حدوث انقسام في سلسلة الكتل التي تحمل عملة USDT، فقد تقوم شركة Tether بتعليق خدماتها مؤقتًا أو لفترة طويلة دون إشعار مسبق أو بإشعار مسبق قصير.

“Where a blockchain or protocol on which Tether Tokens are issued is forked, Tether may elect to suspend the Services temporarily or for an extended period of time on little or no notice.”

تتألف الاحتياطيات من النقد والمكافئات النقدية والأصول الأخرى، وقد تشمل قروضًا وأصولًا أخرى من الشركات التابعة.

“The Reserves are comprised of cash, cash equivalents and other assets and may include loan receivables and other assets from Affiliates.”

قد تقوم شركة «تيثر» بتجميد الرموز الرقمية التي يحتفظ بها المستخدم وفقًا لما يقتضيه القانون أو عندما تقرر، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، أن ذلك إجراءً حصيفًا.

“Tether may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any of the Services, freeze any Tether Tokens held by you, or terminate your Tether Token Wallet, as required by applicable Law or where Tether, in its sole discretion, determines it is prudent to do so”

تنص الشروط على نقل عملة USDT إلى سلسلة بلوكشين أو بروتوكول آخر تحدده شركة Tether؛ ولا تتحمل شركة Tether أي مسؤولية في حالة عدم قيام حامل العملة بنقلها.

“Tether assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever arising out of or relating to your failure to effectuate such migration of your Tether Token to another blockchain or protocol identified by Tether.”

قد تقوم شركة Tether بتعديل شروطها في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

“These Terms may be amended, changed, or updated by Tether at any time and without prior notice to you.”
